Prior to Madison Creek Advisors, Mr. Hanson co-founded Franklin Hill Capital a lower middle market private equity firm. Before founding Franklin Hill Capital, Mr. Hanson was a Director at Business Transition Advisors, a middle market investment banking firm specializing in ESOP Implementations. At BTA, Mr. Hanson was responsible for valuation and fund raising, closing transaction and due diligence efforts. Prior to BTA, Mr. Hanson was a Founder of Ashton Group, a financial consulting firm to family and privately-owned companies. Prior to working in these roles, Mr. Hanson was a Principal at Marshall & Stevens, Inc., responsible for the West Coast Financial Valuation Practice. Mr. Hanson was also President of Marshall & Stevens Capital, and a Vice President at Valuation Research Corporation. Mr. Hanson’s career in finance began as a Research Associate at Baird.
